This composition of sorbitol and Tricholine citrate which is mainly indicated for the treatment of fatty liver disease. They help to normalize the intestinal peristalsis movement and fat hepatosteatosis and hepatotoxicity.

Tricholine citrate is known as binding agent for bile and is used to remove the excess of bile acid from the body thus liver started producing excess of bile by using cholesterol or lowers the level of cholesterol in the body. It is important precursor for the synthesis of acetylcholine and donates its methyl group for various metabolic processes.

Sorbitol is known as syrupy base and is commonly used as laxative.
Sorbitol is basically existing in the alcoholic form but also have the sweetness of sucrose and it is also obtained synthetically from glucose. It maintains the accumulation of fluid in the colon and softens the stool or facilitates its excretion. It helps to remove debris from the infected area and thus is used in the surgical procedures.
